Clubs & Organizations

La Jolla Country Day School (LJCDS) offers an array of clubs and organizations for students in the Middle School and Upper School to pursue their passion or step out of their comfort zone to try something new. Clubs and organizations are overseen by faculty advisors but are primarily student-run to encourage the development of leadership skills and teamwork. Whether you choose to raise funds for clean water around the world with the Community Service Board, capture memorable moments on campus for the Yearbook Club, participate in the San Diego county-wide Mock Trial competition, or perform with Blue Notes (LJCDS’s pep band), there is something for everyone.

If an interest is not represented, students may start a club of their own with sufficient student interests and a faculty advisor. Clubs and organizations meet regularly during and after school.
