La Jolla Country Day School (LJCDS) has a rich tradition of athletic excellence on the field, court and in the pool. The athletic department proudly competes in the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), San Diego Section. For most sports, LJCDS competes in the Coastal League of the Coastal Conference.
