Women’s basketball coach reaches new heights.
She shoots... she scores! Coach Terri Bamford is the CIF San Diego Section’s all-time wins leader in girls’ basketball with 727 victories (and counting)! The record was broken on Friday, Dec. 6, with a 42-39 home win over Stockton St. Mary’s, overtaking Jay Trousdale with his 726-286 record in 35 years as leader of the Poway Titans. Coach Bamford now ranks No. 8 all-time in the state.
Since 1997, Coach Bamford has guided her LJCDS teams and players to numerous championships, accomplishments, and accolades.
